Getting started with Android can be somewhat painful and delighting at the same time. I want to use this blog to delineate my first steps on Android development which started a week ago. I will also provide code snippets for the pitfalls I ran into, costing my valuable time.

Need to format the source code
Alright, this just looks dumb. I'll look for a way to better integrate (i.e. format) the code snippets which seem plain unusable right now.
